We are seeking a Payment Analyst to oversee and manage the global payment processes for our PE-Backed client in the infrastructure space. You'll review and release all global group payments, and will work with key senior stakeholders across all finance departments.

Job Description

  • Manage and oversee daily payment operations with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor and reconcile financial transactions, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline payment processes and improve systems.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed payment reports for management review.
  • Develop and implement best practices for payment operations.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve operational goals.
  • Support audits by providing accurate and timely payment-related documentation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Payments Analyst should have:

  • Strong background in payment operations.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial processes.
  • Proficiency in payment processing systems and relevant software.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
