Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end payroll process efficiently and accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with all payroll regulations and legislation.
  • Handle employee queries related to payroll and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records and systems.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance department to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports to management as required.
  • Support audits by providing necessary payroll documentation and information.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within payroll systems.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Payroll Advisor (Part Time) should have:

  • Experience in payroll processing, preferably within the retail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and relevant regulations.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in handling data.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to address payroll discrepancies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the Accounting & Finance team.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with employees and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using payroll software and Microsoft Office applications.
