Job Description

The Payroll Coordinator's Responsibilities include:

  • Process and manage payroll operations for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with current regulations and policies.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll and resolve discrepancies effectively.
  • Prepare and submit reports to internal stakeholders and external agencies as required.
  • Issue offer letters, contracts of employments, etc for new and existing employees
  • Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Assist in audits and provide documentation related to payroll processes.
  • Support the department with additional HR administrative tasks as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Payroll Coordinator should have:

  • Previous experience in payroll processing within a large organisation.
  • Knowledge of payroll software and systems.
  • Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external agencies.
