The role will involve multifrequency payrolls and calculations of different contract terms and conditions.Job DescriptionExperience of working in a Payroll Officer position with a high level of customer interactionExperience processing and administering different pension schemesProduce the monthly absence reports from the HR system to support payroll processingContribute to the smooth running of the organisation by providing the HR team with any payroll related supportTrack record in delivering an efficient and timely payroll service with multiple payrollsProcess multi frequency payrolls including part time, full time, enhanced hours, overtime, weekend rates etcProcess end to end payroll including adding all starter/ leaver contract using Sage PayrollProcess company maternity, sick pay, occupational sick, parental and statutory requirementsProcess AOE, student loans, court ordersPension submissions and calculations to HMRCProcess pay slips, P60s, P45s and submit monthly reportsThe Successful ApplicantA successful Payroll HR Administrator should have:Ability to process end to end monthly paid employees with complex changes to payroll calculationsAt least 5 years experience in processing end to end payrollProficiency in payroll and HR administration, with a strong attention to detail.Knowledge of payroll regulations and best practicesStrong organisational and time-management skills to meet deadlines effectively.Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.What's on OfferHourly rate of £14.00 to £15.50, depending on experience.Holiday pay on top37.5-hour workweek with the flexibility of working 3 days in the office.Opportunity to gain valuable experience in the Not For Profit industry.This is a rewarding temporary role based in Liverpool, offering a chance to make a positive contribution.
