Job Description

  • Coordinated the planning and delivery of external events, ensuring successful execution in line with marketing objectives and brand standards.
  • Developed and delivered creative marketing campaigns, including event agendas, presentation materials, exhibition stands, and promotional merchandise.
  • Maintained event schedules, diary entries, and marketing plans, ensuring all information was accurate and up to date.
  • Liaised with suppliers to obtain pricing, manage deliverables, and approve invoices.
  • Managed event and campaign data, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting.
  • Supported social media activity through content creation, scheduling, and publishing across relevant channels.
  • Managed the compliance sign-off process, ensuring all project documentation and job files were completed and maintained accurately.
  • Coordinated the creation and briefing of marketing assets, including banners, promotional materials, and campaign collateral.
  • Updated and maintained company websites using the content management system (CMS).
  • Conducted market and media research to support public relations and marketing initiatives.
  • Produced management information (MI), campaign performance reports, and statistical analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Briefed internal departments, agencies, and external partners on campaign requirements and project deliverables.
  • Extracted and managed data for digital and traditional marketing campaigns, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensured effective communication and collaboration across internal departments to support successful campaign delivery.
  • Contributed creative ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns and projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Assisted with copywriting for marketing materials, campaigns, and communications.
  • Built, tested, and coordinated email marketing campaigns using the organisation's email platform.
  • Maintained and updated Salesforce CRM records, producing reports and insights to support marketing activities.
  • Provided administrative and project support to Managers and Executives across a broad range of marketing and business initiatives.



The Successful Applicant

A successful People Advisor should have:

  • Proven experience in a Human Resources role within the Media & Agency industry.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards) is desirable.
  • Previous experience in an HR Advisor role, with a desire to progress into a more strategic People Partnering position.
  • Strong HR generalist background, ideally gained within a fast-paced and evolving organisation.
  • Proven experience managing and resolving employee relations matters, providing practical and commercially focused solutions.
  • Sound knowledge of UK employment law and its application within a business environment.
  • Experience delivering a proactive, customer-focused HR service to managers and employees.
  • Ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience supporting organisational change, business improvement initiatives, and people-focused projects.
  • Familiarity with working within a shared-service HR model and collaborating with specialist teams such as Recruitment, Learning & Development, Reward, and Employee Relations.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
