Job Description

As Personal Assistant, you will:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CFO and Company Secretary.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and reports as required.
  • Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CFO and CoSec.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and governance requirements through accurate documentation.
  • Assist with financial and property-related documentation and correspondence.
  • Proactively identify and address administrative inefficiencies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Personal Assistant (CFO and CoSec) should have:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the property or investment industry.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
  • A professional and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
