Job Description

Key responsibilities of the Personal Assistant include:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to senior stakeholders.
  • Manage and coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Maintain and organise confidential files and records.
  • Assist in the preparation of meetings, including agenda creation and minute-taking.
  • Liaise with stakeholders across various departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
  • Occasional travel required to meet with stakeholders onsite.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Personal Assistant will have:

  • Proven experience in a similar secretarial or administrative role (ideally as a PA/EA).
  • Experience supporting multiple people is advantageous.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with individuals remotely.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Confidence in liaising with senior stakeholders and external contacts.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
  • Being able to work efficiently in fast-paced environments.
