Job Description

  • Manage a caseload of personal injury claims efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide expert legal advice to clients on a range of personal injury matters.
  • Draft legal documents and correspondence to a high standard.
  • Negotiate settlements with third parties and their representatives.
  • Attend court hearings and represent clients where necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
  • Stay updated with changes in personal injury law and related legislation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Personal Injury Solicitor should have:

  • Qualified as a solicitor in Scotland

  • Experience in managing personal injury cases independently.
