Job Description

  • Manage a varied caseload of personal injury claims efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide expert legal advice to clients on personal injury matters.
  • Draft legal documents and correspondences with precision and attention to detail.
  • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to achieve favourable outcomes.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings where necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records and case management systems.
  • Keep up to date with changes in personal injury law and relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the legal department to achieve departmental goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Personal Injury Solicitor should have:

  • Qualified as a solicitor in Scotland with 4+ PQE
  • Proven experience in handling personal injury claims.
  • Strong knowledge of personal injury law and related procedures.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
  • The ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and client care.
