Job Description

  • Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently while adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.
  • Provide expert advice on medications and over-the-counter products to customers.
  • Ensure the safe storage and handling of pharmaceutical stock.
  • Supervise and support pharmacy staff to maintain a high level of service.
  • Offer healthcare advice and guidance tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and complete necessary administrative tasks.
  • Stay updated on changes in pharmaceutical regulations and practices.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to promote patient health and wellbeing.
  • Working hours and days are Monday - Friday 09:00 - 18:00.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Pharmacist should have:

  • A degree in pharmacy and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to patient safety.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and colleagues.
  • A thorough understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and best practices.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail healthcare environment.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and consultation skills.
  • Experience delivering NHS and private services.
