Job Description

Oversee daily operations within the healthcare department to ensure smooth service delivery.
Monitor and manage team performance to meet organisational goals.
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and company policies.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Work collaboratively with other departments to optimise service offerings.
Analyse operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Pharmacist Manager should have:

Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and experience leading and managing a pharmacy team.
Previous experience within a community pharmacy, retail pharmacy, or similar customer-facing healthcare environment.
A strong understanding of pharmacy operations, clinical governance, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients, colleagues, and external healthcare professionals.
The ability to support business growth while maintaining a strong focus on patient care and service excellence.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring the safe and effective delivery of healthcare services.
Lead, coach, and develop the pharmacy team through training, mentoring, and performance management.
