Job Description

  • Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of patient care.
  • Manage stock levels efficiently to ensure availability of essential products.
  • Lead and motivate a team of pharmacy professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure the accurate dispensing of prescriptions in line with industry standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, healthcare professionals, and suppliers.
  • Monitor and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and profitability.
  • Stay updated with changes in healthcare regulations and implement them effectively.
  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday: 9:00am - 5:30pm/ Thursday: 9:00am - 12:30pm/ Saturday: 9:00am - 12:00pm

The Successful Applicant

A successful Pharmacy Manager should have:

  • A recognised pharmacy qualification and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Pharmacist Manager position with responsibility for providing direction, structure, and renewed motivation to the team
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to support and guide the team.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced retail setting.
  • A customer-focused approach to delivering healthcare services.
  • Proficiency in managing stock and operational processes effectively.
  • Confident, approachable leadership style
