Job Description

Provide professional healthcare advice and support to customers.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
Manage stock levels and oversee the ordering of medical supplies.
Work closely with team members to maintain a high standard of customer service.
Handle customer queries and provide tailored solutions to their healthcare needs.
Contribute to the smooth operation of the department by supporting administrative tasks.
Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality at all times.
Support the ongoing training and development of team members.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Pharmacist Manager should have:

Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and experience leading and managing a pharmacy team.
Previous experience within a community pharmacy, retail pharmacy, or similar customer-facing healthcare environment.
A strong understanding of pharmacy operations, clinical governance, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients, colleagues, and external healthcare professionals.
The ability to support business growth while maintaining a strong focus on patient care and service excellence.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring the safe and effective delivery of healthcare services.
Lead, coach, and develop the pharmacy team through training, mentoring, and performance management.
