Job Description

  • Lead and manage the pharmacy team to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Ensure the pharmacy complies with all legal and professional standards.
  • Dispense prescriptions accurately and provide expert advice to customers.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure the availability of essential medicines.
  • Support the development and training of pharmacy staff.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and the wider healthcare community.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Pharmacist Manager should have:

  • Qualified Pharmacist registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Previous experience leading or supervising a pharmacy team.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy legislation, clinical governance, and professional standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop colleagues.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
