Job Description

  • Dispense medications accurately and safely in line with legal and ethical standards.
  • Provide expert advice to customers on prescriptions and healthcare queries.
  • Ensure the pharmacy operates efficiently and complies with all regulations.
  • Monitor stock levels and manage orders to maintain availability of essential medicines.
  • Work closely with the healthcare team to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Support health promotion initiatives within the local community.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and legal compliance.
  • Supervise and mentor pharmacy staff to ensure a high standard of practice.
  • 45 hours per week full time basis.



The Successful Applicant

A successful pharmacist should have:

  • Full registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • A strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and practices.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • A commitment to maintaining professional knowledge and skills.
