Job Description

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy department.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and professional requirements related to pharmacy operations.

  • Supervise and support the pharmacy team, ensuring professional development and high performance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Pharmacy Manager should have:

  • A recognised qualification as a pharmacist and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Proven experience in managing or supervising a pharmacy team.
  • Strong knowledge of retail pharmacy operations and healthcare regulations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
