With a strong reputation for shaping policy, producing high-quality research and influencing regulatory discussions, the organisation works closely with government, regulators and industry leaders to promote a thriving environment for growth and investment.Job DescriptionLead the development and production of research reports, policy papers and consultation responses to support organisational priorities.Monitor political, regulatory and market developments, identifying emerging issues and opportunities for policy engagement.Research, analyse and interpret policy issues, stakeholder views and market data to inform campaigns and strategic recommendations.Build and maintain relationships with members, policymakers, regulators and partner organisations.Support the delivery of policy campaigns through high-quality written content, presentations, briefings and stakeholder engagement activities.The Successful ApplicantFinancial services, investment, governance or capital markets experience.Demonstratable experience in a policy, public affairs, research or evidence-based advocacy role.Excellent research, analytical and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear recommendations.Experience producing consultation responses, policy reports, briefings or other thought leadership outputs.Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the confidence to work with senior external audiences.What's on OfferPermanent position based in London.Salary ranging from £50,000 to £60,000, dependent on the level of experience.Additional benefits package.If you're interested in this role, apply now.People are at the heart of Michael Page.
