Keep fee earners informed of emerging issues, policy initiatives, and risk mitigation strategies.Knowledge ResourcesReview industry publications and online resources, disseminate relevant updates, maintain intranet pages, and develop a library of best practice documents, checklists, and guides.TrainingCoordinate and deliver training programmes for trainees, newly qualified solicitors, and assistants. Manage the department's training budget, source external courses and speakers, and monitor CPD compliance.Practice SupportAct as a point of contact for fee earner queries, providing guidance and research on complex matters.Marketing & Business DevelopmentCollaborate on client-facing content such as newsletters, briefings, and thought leadership pieces.
