Process Manufacturing Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, analyse, and implement process optimisation opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality and safety across production and assembly operations.
• Develop, validate, and deploy new manufacturing processes, procedures, and work methods to support operational performance.
• Review, assess, and refine existing process control documentation (including SPCs and control plans) to ensure accuracy, robustness, and compliance.
• Support the introduction of new products and processes through capability studies, viability assessments, and effective process integration.
• Lead and manage change projects relating to production processes, ensuring delivery to scope, budget, and timeline.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing principles and drive continuous improvement initiatives to deliver measurable operational gains.
• Collaborate closely with maintenance and engineering teams to enhance equipment performance, uptime, and process reliability.
• Support the installation, commissioning, and optimisation of new or modified production lines and equipment.
• Ensure all process changes are controlled, fully documented, risk‑assessed, and embedded to guarantee long‑term sustainability and standardisation.
