Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process for catering supplies and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to secure favourable terms.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with catering suppliers.
  • Analyse market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and industry regulations.
  • Monitor supplier performance and address any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand catering requirements and align purchasing strategies.
  • Prepare and present procurement reports to stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Procurement Catering Specialist should have:

  • Proven experience in procurement within the catering or not-for-profit industry.
  • Highly desirable to have public sector procurement experience.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles.
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
