Job Description

  • Manage procurement activities in line with PCR2015 and PA23 regulations.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and efficiency.
  • Support stakeholders by providing guidance on procurement best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies and legal requirements.
  • Analyse market trends to identify cost-effective supplier options.
  • Prepare and evaluate tender documents and supplier contracts.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure service quality.
  • Provide detailed procurement reports to support decision-making processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Procurement Consultant/Officer should have:

  • A relevant qualification such as CIPS or equivalent.
  • Experience with public sector procurement frameworks and regulations like PCR2015 and PA23.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management.
  • Excellent analytical and organisational skills.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholder
