Job Description

  • Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Coordinate with procurement, supply chain, and production teams to optimise workflow.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure raw materials are available for production.
  • Analyse production data and adjust schedules to meet demand fluctuations.
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards within the FMCG sector.
  • Generate reports on production performance and scheduling efficiency.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Production Scheduler should have:

  • Previous experience in supply chain within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in production scheduling software and tools.
