Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Legal Updates & Best Practice: Organise and lead knowledge-sharing meetings, identify emerging issues and maintain best practice resources.
  • Training: Deliver induction and ongoing training programmes, manage training budgets, source external speakers and monitor CPD compliance.
  • Knowledge Management: Maintain intranet pages, develop libraries of checklists and guides, and liaise with IT and library services.
  • Fee-Earner Support: Provide guidance and research for case-specific queries.
  • Marketing & Business Development: Contribute to client-facing content, seminars, newsletters and tender presentations.
  • Firmwide KM Initiatives: Collaborate with other PSLs and KM leaders to develop global knowledge solutions and share expertise.

The Successful Applicant

Who We're Looking For

  • Solicitor with at least 5 years' PQE in Private Wealth, ideally across a range of areas.
  • Strong technical knowledge and research skills.
  • Previous PSL experience desirable but not essential.
  • Confident with IT systems and committed to using technology to improve processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships.
  • Self-motivated, organised and enthusiastic about supporting learning and development.
