Job Description

  • Plan and manage technology programmes from initiation to completion.
  • Ensure projects align with organisational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet project requirements.
  • Monitor project performance and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful programme delivery.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
  • Prepare and present programme updates to key stakeholders.
  • Lead and guide project teams to achieve desired outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Programme Manager should have:

  • A solid background in programme and project management within the technology field.
  • Strong experience in managing multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in utilising project management tools and methodologies.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and timelines efficiently.
  • Knowledge of the Not For Profit sector or a strong willingness to learn about it.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills to guide teams.
  • A results-oriented approach with a focus on achieving organisational goals.
