Job Description

As an Associate in the Project Finance team, you will work on cutting-edge projects and acquisition work in both primary and secondary markets. You will collaborate across teams and jurisdictions, providing strategic guidance to clients and managing matters in a fast-paced, intellectually rigorous environment.

  • Drafting, reviewing, and amending documentation
  • Providing strategic guidance to clients based on market awareness
  • Managing client expectations, deadlines, and project delivery
  • Leading and supervising junior team members
  • Recognising business development opportunities and supporting firm-wide strategies
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Developing and sharing legal and sector knowledge internally and externally

The Successful Applicant

  • Qualified lawyer with 3-6 years' PQE in a complex international organisation
  • Experience in project finance or infrastructure acquisition work
  • Strong technical knowledge and interest in Projects, Energy and Infrastructure
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Commercial acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to manage matters effectively and contribute to financial performance
