This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to oversee and manage technology projects within the property industry. The successful candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, while meeting high-quality standards.
  • Be part of the IT Major Projects team at Group level.
  • Manage projects on a day-to-day basis to maintain plans and manage risks.

Job Description

  • Plan, execute, and oversee technology projects from inception to completion.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects are completed within the agreed timeline and budget.
  • Manage and coordinate project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Utilise project management tools to track and report on project performance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in managing technology projects within the property industry.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • A relevant qualification in project management or a related field.
