As the organisation continues to invest in its property estate and long-term growth strategy, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting portfolio optimisation and strategic real estate decisions across the EMEA regionJob DescriptionManage day-to-day property portfolio activities across the EMEA region.Lead and support acquisitions, disposals, relocations, lease renewals and rent reviews.Work closely with landlords, agents, consultants and external suppliers to optimise the property portfolio.Support strategic estate planning, asset reviews and portfolio optimisation initiatives.Oversee property-related budgets and ensure cost-effective utilisation of real estate assets.Coordinate planning-related activities and provide guidance on property development matters.Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements across the estate.Maintain accurate property records and databases relating to owned and leased assets.Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to identify, manage and mitigate property-related risks.The Successful ApplicantProfessionally qualified property professional, ideally MRICS or equivalent.Proven experience in commercial property management, acquisitions, disposals and lease negotiations.Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills.Experience managing external consultants and advisors.Knowledge of Town and Country Planning processes.Ability to operate effectively across multiple projects and stakeholder groups.Experience managing property-related budgets.Degree or postgraduate qualification in commercial property or a related discipline.Minimum of five years' post-qualification experience or equivalent industry experience.Eligible to obtain Security Clearance.What's on OfferA competitive Salary and comprehensive package of additional benefits.Opportunity to manage a high-profile international property portfolioExposure to strategic real estate projects across multiple property sectorsStrong long-term career development opportunities within a large global organisationIf you're interested in this role, apply now.People are at the heart of Michael Page.
