Job Description

The PSL Lawyer will be:

  • Supporting Corporate teams with technical knowledge and legal updates
  • Developing and maintaining precedents, templates, and know-how resources
  • Delivering training sessions and contributing to internal learning programmes
  • Monitoring legal developments and ensuring best practice is embedded
  • Collaborating with partners and fee earners to improve efficiency and quality



The Successful Applicant

The PSL Lawyer should be:

  • A solicitor or equivalent with 4+ years PQE in Corporate law
  • Technically strong with a keen interest in knowledge management
  • An excellent communicator with strong drafting and presentation skills
  • Commercially aware with the ability to engage across multiple teams
  • Organised and proactive, with a collaborative approach
