Job Description

  • Process supplier invoices promptly and accurately within the purchase ledger system.
  • Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and process payment runs, ensuring all approvals are in place.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and address any outstanding issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the Property industry.
  • Assist with month-end reporting and provide necessary support to the Accounting & Finance team.
  • Respond to supplier queries professionally and efficiently.
  • Support ad-hoc tasks as required within the purchase ledger function.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Purchase Ledger should have:

  • Previous experience in a purchase ledger or similar Accounting & Finance role.
  • Familiarity with accounting systems and strong Excel skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of data accurately.
  • Experience within the Property industry is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to support the team as needed.
