Job Description

The QSHE and Facilities Manager will be responsible for the following:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor QHSE policies and procedures in line with industry standards.
  • Oversee day-to-day facilities management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage maintenance schedules and coordinate with service providers for repairs and upkeep.
  • Lead internal audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality and safety protocols.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on health, safety, and environmental practices.
  • Develop and maintain records for audits, inspections, and incidents.
  • Collaborate with management to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful QHSE and Facilities Manager should have:

  • A strong understanding of QHSE standards and regulations within the FMCG industry.
  • Proven ability to manage facilities and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Experience conducting risk assessments and implementing corrective actions.
