Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsExciting Quality Management role in Aerospace ManufacturingWell established industry leading manufacturing company.About Our ClientOur client is a well established aerospace manufacturing company who are now recruiting a Quality Manager.Job DescriptionThe purpose of this role is to ensure that the companies' processes deliver products and services that meet customer expectations and requirements, in compliance with legal, regulatory and company requirements. The Quality Manager must ensure that all of his / her direct reports and all others who have an impact on product and service quality are aligned and capable of meeting the essential criteria. The role is responsible for developing the necessary skillsets within the company to support this. They must be capable of communicating at all levels inside and external to the company and ensuring that documentation and relevant records including performance metrics are produced and communicated to all stakeholders* Maintenance of accreditation to AS9100 and NADCAP and obtaining extensions to approvals when required* Manage customer approvals and audits.* Customer liaison including dealing with customer complaints and defect investigations.* Ensuring that direct reports can carry out process improvement and root cause analysis.
