Job Description



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the site Quality function, including team performance, capability development, and succession planning
  • Own and maintain robust quality management systems, ensuring compliance with internal, customer, and regulatory requirements
  • Oversee quality control activities, laboratories, auditing programmes, and site assurance processes
  • Act as the site authority for product compliance, governance, and risk management
  • Drive a strong customer‑centric quality culture, including complaint management and continuous defect reduction
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives and manage quality‑related costs and performance metrics
  • Partner cross‑functionally to support continuous improvement, daily management, and operational excellence programmes
  • Interface with suppliers and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and performance expectations are met
  • Act as a visible leader across the site, promoting high standards, accountability, and best practice

  • Proven experience in a Quality leadership role within a manufacturing or regulated environment
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems, audits, and compliance frameworks
  • Experience driving quality performance, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction
  • Confident people leader with experience managing and developing teams
  • Analytical, structured, and comfortable operating at both strategic and hands‑on levels
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation
