Job Description

The Real Estate Solicitor will be:

  • Advising clients on commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals and leasing
  • Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases and development agreements
  • Managing client relationships and delivering high-quality legal advice
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members
  • Contributing to the wider success of the real estate team

The Successful Applicant

A successful Real Estate Solicitor - will have:

  • Full qualification as a solicitor with a specialisation in real estate law.
  • Proven expertise in handling complex property transactions.
  • Strong knowledge of property laws and regulations in the professional services sector.
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
