About Our Client

Our client is an award winning law firm with offices in Manchester. Their real estate work comprises over 50% of the business so you will be working with some fantastic clients and great quality work. Due to securing another client they are looking for a Real Estates Disputes Solicitor/Associate to join their team.

Job Description

As a Real Estates Disputes Solicitor/Associate your duties will include:

Advising on landlord and tenant disputes (lease renewals, dilapidations, forfeiture)
Handling development-related issues (rights of light, restrictive covenants, boundary disputes)
Managing possession claims and trespass actions
Supporting property insolvency and enforcement work
Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and instructions to counsel
Attending court hearings, mediations, and client meetings
Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
Supporting senior colleagues on complex litigation and ADR matters
Contributing to team training, knowledge sharing, and mentoring junior team members
Getting involved in marketing and business development initiatives

The Successful Applicant

A successful Real Estate Disputes Solicitor/Associate should have between 2-5 years PQE in real estate disputes. Please note the level of experience identified in the advert is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less experience from applying.
