Job Description

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and welcoming.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to various teams within the organisation.
  • Ensure compliance with company security and confidentiality standards.
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks to support the smooth running of the office.
