Job Description

  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job adverts and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and manage communication with applicants.
  • Support hiring managers with administrative tasks related to recruitment and onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and external regulations.
  • Prepare and distribute offer letters and contracts for successful candidates.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of recruitment procedures and documentation.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to the HR team.
  • Act as a point of contact for candidate queries and provide timely responses.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Recruitment Administrator should have:
