Job Description

The Recruitment Coordinator will:

  • Coordinate the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create tailored job descriptions.
  • Schedule and organise interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Maintain and update recruitment records accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide guidance on recruitment best practices to managers and team leaders.
  • Assist with employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and employment regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Recruitment Coordinator should have:

  • Previous experience in recruitment coordination role.
