Job Description

As a Residential Conveyancer your duties will include:

  • Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
  • Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts and transfer deeds.
  • Provide advice to clients on property-related matters.
  • Conduct property searches and liaise with relevant authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Residential Conveyancer should have
