Job Description

  • Prepare and review legal documents related to property transactions.
  • Communicate with clients and other stakeholders to provide updates and gather required information.
  • Carry out legal research to support the team's ongoing cases.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all legal files are up to date.
  • Assist with preparing reports and summaries for internal and external use.
  • Coordinate with the wider legal team to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
  • Provide general support to the legal team as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Residential Paralegal should have:

  • Experience or education in legal studies, particularly in property law.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Proficiency with standard office software and legal research tools.
