This is a pivotal Retrofit Coordinator role where you will sit at the centre of PAS‑compliant retrofit delivery, owning documentation, evidence, and audit readiness across live social housing projects. You'll work closely with site teams, coordinators, subcontractors, and clients to ensure every project meets TrustMark, PAS 2030/2035, and funding body requirements-without compromise.

With deep roots in the North of England and a growing footprint across multiple regions, they deliver planned maintenance and large‑scale retrofit programmes for local authorities and housing associations.

Job Description

  • Coordinate PAS‑compliant retrofit projects from pre‑start through to post‑completion
  • Manage and maintain auditable evidence packs in line with PAS 2030, PAS 2035, TrustMark, and funding requirements
  • Support pre‑contract planning, gateway requirements, and retrofit design development
  • Act as a central compliance contact for site teams, retrofit assessors, clients, and scheme administrators
  • Upload, manage, and control retrofit data via PASHub and internal/client systems
  • Work closely with operational teams to ensure works in progress remain compliant
  • Streamline and continuously improve retrofit processes and documentation flow
  • Ensure records meet SHDF (or similar) funding audit standards



The Successful Applicant

  • Background in construction, retrofit, or social housing
  • Strong working knowledge of PAS 2030, PAS 2035, TrustMark, and retrofit compliance
  • Experience managing documentation, evidence, audits, and compliance packs
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Confident coordinating across multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Clear, professional communicator
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience with cloud‑based document systems
