Job Description

  • Manage and develop relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the retail industry.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets while contributing to team success.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Executive should have:

  • A strong understanding of sales processes, particularly within the retail industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage effectively with clients.
  • The ability to work independently and take ownership of sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding objectives.
  • Previous experience in a similar sales role, preferably in the retail sector.
