Job Description

We are working with an established, international business operating across packaging, fulfilment, and operational logistics solutions, supporting customers across multiple industries.

This is a home-based opportunity to join a growing commercial team in a role focused on improving the effectiveness, efficiency and scalability of sales operations across multiple channels.

You will work closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to optimise processes, enhance reporting capability, and help drive sustainable revenue performance.The Sales Operations Manager will:

  • Own and maintain CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and effective usage across the sales function
  • Produce reporting, dashboards and performance insights for senior stakeholders
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement
  • Improve sales and customer service processes, workflows and operating procedures
  • Manage lead routing and handoff processes across marketing, sales and customer service
  • Support training and adoption of sales tools and best practices
  • Evaluate sales technology, monitor ROI and recommend improvements
  • Support systems integration projects alongside IT and wider business teams
  • Contribute to forecasting, pipeline governance and sales performance reviews
  • Partner with sales and finance leadership to improve commercial decision making

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Operations Manager should have:

  • Track record within a sales, customer service/ journey, commercial operations or sales operations environment
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to turn data into actionable insight
  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) and familiarity with sales technologies
  • Confident producing reports, dashboards and performance analysis
  • Strong process improvement mindset with the ability to simplify ways of working
  • Commercially aware, organised and highly proactive
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
