Job Description

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
  • Engage decision makers and book meetings for Business Development Managers.
  • Respond to and qualify inbound enquiries from marketing campaigns, website and events.
  • Research and build target account lists in collaboration with Sales & Marketing teams.
  • Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand customer needs and challenges.
  • Align outreach with marketing campaigns, content and events to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Support outreach into strategic accounts through personalised multi-touch engagement.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Representative should have:

  • Experience in a sales, business development or customer-facing position.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a professional environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement.
  • Good organisation and approach to CRM usage and pipeline management.
  • The ability to analyse market trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results.
  • Experience handling both inbound and outbound lead generation (desirable)
  • Experience in a B2B tech or industrial environment (desirable)
