The SAP P2P Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimising the procure-to-pay processes within the accounting and finance department. Job Description

  • P2P & Finance System Oversight: Oversee end-to-end SAP P2P processes and provide first-line technical support for AP, AR, GL, Banking, and Project modules.
  • Operational Support & Collaboration: Conduct daily system checks and assist finance teams with payment runs, user access, and workflow improvements to ensure seamless operations.
  • Master Data & Reporting: Manage Master Data governance for cost centres and GL hierarchies while generating reports to provide actionable business insights.
  • System Enhancements & Testing: Identify, test, and implement SAP system upgrades and new features to drive continuous improvement and resolve technical issues.
  • Compliance & Training: Ensure strict adherence to public sector regulations while maintaining comprehensive documentation and delivering end-user training.

The Successful Applicant

The successful SAP P2P Specialist will have:

  • SAP P2P Expertise: Proven proficiency in SAP P2P modules, processes, and related finance functions (AP/AR/GL).
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues promptly.
  • Proven experience in an accounting and finance environment.
  • Communication: Strong collaboration skills for effective user training, documentation, and team support.
