They are searching for a Product Owner to drive the adoption of SAP S/4HANA capabilities within Sales and Supply Chain.This is a permanent role, with hybrid working based out of Manchester.Job DescriptionActing as the Product Owner for Sales and Supply Chain, you will oversee the effectiveness and ongoing enhancement of O2C and P2P processes across a mix of SAP and non SAP platforms.Work closely with business stakeholders to shape strong, data-backed business cases that support innovation and organisational growth.Create a clear strategic direction and a continually evolving quarterly roadmap for O2C and P2P improvements, aimed at delivering measurable KPI and business performance gains.Lead the functional design and configuration of SAP solutions to meet complex operational needs within your area of expertise.Provide the development team with well‑prioritised requirements through a structured and maintained product backlog.Offer specialist advice on SAP leading practices and the capabilities available within S/4HANA.Manage key relationships with the organisation's implementation partner and SAP to ensure delivered services align with the wider innovation agenda.Introduce and leverage Process Mining technologies to give business leaders data driven visibility of process performance and clear improvement recommendations.Facilitate engaging sessions with business teams to demonstrate the advanced features of S/4HANA.Encourage forward thinking approaches and help shift mindsets beyond traditional, legacy based ways of working.The Successful ApplicantSAP S4 HANA experience in Sales and Logistics - Certification desirable.Working experience in a large-scale Sales and Supply chain European organisation.
