Job Description

  • Prepare and manage financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Oversee general ledger reconciliations and month-end closing processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
  • Analyse financial data to provide accurate insights and support decision-making.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable functions effectively.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare tax returns as required.
  • Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
  • Support the team in implementing and maintaining accounting systems and tools.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Accountant should have:

  • A solid academic background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience in accounting & finance within a professional setting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools.
  • Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
