Job Description

  • Lead organisational change.
  • Develop and implement strategies for effective change management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver transformation initiatives.
  • Analyse organisational needs and design tailored solutions to support business goals.
  • Monitor the impact of change initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Provide expertise in organisational development and workforce planning.
  • Ensure alignment of change projects with the overall business strategy.
  • Engage stakeholders at all levels to ensure successful delivery of change programmes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Business Change Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in leading change and transformation initiatives within the retail industry.
  • Proven track record as a true change leader, with depth in behavioural change, engagement, and embedding new ways of working (not overly project‑management focused).
  • Experience leading large‑scale, complex, matrixed transformation programmes, ideally across multiple functions.
  • Strong capability in change impact assessment, readiness, stakeholder engagement, and building end‑to‑end change strategies.
  • Comfortable working with operating models, process design, and partnering closely with design/optimisation teams.
  • Strong knowledge of organisational development principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in a complex change and transformation seat.
