Job Description

The successful candidate will be involved in a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including:

  • Investment acquisitions and disposals
  • Development and regeneration projects
  • Landlord and tenant work for major institutional clients
  • Asset management for domestic and international portfolios
  • Supporting on complex, multi‑jurisdictional transactions



You will be expected to take a lead role on transactions, supervise junior lawyers, and manage client relationships with appropriate support from partners.

The Successful Applicant

  • England and Wales qualified
  • Typically 5-8 years' PQE in commercial real estate
  • Strong technical skills with experience handling transactions autonomously
  • Commercial, confident, and comfortable dealing directly with clients
  • Keen to be part of a collaborative team with long‑term growth ambitions
