Job Description

  • Lead and manage large‑scale electronic evidence review projects from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and effective use of technology.
  • Act as the key interface between legal teams, e‑disclosure specialists and document review teams to deliver a coordinated and streamlined review process.
  • Develop review strategies in collaboration with Associates, including advising on review protocols and methodologies.
  • Supervise internal and external review teams and oversee quality, consistency and timely delivery of review work.
  • Conduct document review during initial sampling, planning phases, and more complex review exercises.
  • Extract and analyse information from reviews, including drafting chronologies, evidential summaries and case narratives.
  • Identify, test and implement advanced technologies and analytical tools to enhance review efficiency.
  • Produce and report review metrics to stakeholders, ensuring reviews are properly managed and tracked.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in processes, workflows and use of legal tech within the evidence review function.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Contract Lawyer should have:

  • Professional legal qualifications and expertise in contract law.
  • Strong skills in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
  • Ability to provide precise legal advice on complex matters.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements and risk management in legal contracts.
  • Experience working within the professional services industry is advantageous.
