Job Description

The VP Corporate Banking and Loan Lawyer will be:



  • Advising on a broad range of syndicated and bilateral loan transactions


  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex facility agreements and related documentation


  • Providing strategic legal advice to lending and credit teams


  • Supporting regulatory compliance across lending products


  • Contributing to the development and improvement of legal processes within the loans function

The Successful Applicant

The VP Corporate Banking and Loan Lawyer should be:



  • A solicitor or equivalent with significant banking and finance experience


  • Experienced in syndicated and/or bilateral lending transactions


  • Familiar with UK and ideally cross-border lending frameworks


  • Commercially astute with strong stakeholder management skills


  • Comfortable operating at senior level within a regulated environment
